About Julie Anne Holdsambeck
Julie Holdsambeck is a native of Central Alabama and an educator and entrepreneur. After graduating from the University of Montevallo’s Stephens College of Business, she moved across the country and got her start in real estate in Michigan. As her family grew, Julie left real estate to pursue higher education and taught a variety of subjects including high school business, yearbook, and math. Tutoring dozens of ESL (English as a Second Language) students over the years in language, history, and mathematics, Julie realized her calling was in education outside the classroom.
Life changes brought her back into real estate and back to her first love, Alabama. A lifelong learner, Julie is constantly developing ways to better serve her clients and her community. She publishes buyer and seller educational materials, from first-time buyer preparation to best practices in real estate investment.
Her passion for helping her community led Julie and her husband, Scott, to start a business completing deep renovations on older homes to increase housing options in the South Bibb community.
Julie lives in Bibb County in Central Alabama. She loves running, trying new restaurants, and hiking in state parks.
