As you may have noticed, I recently changed brokerages. Before, I was associated with Homestead Properties, and now I am Julie Holdsambeck with eXp Realty. What does this mean for my buyer and seller clients? Not very much, since I have been covering a pretty big area of Central Alabama all along. I have also done most of my work either from home or from the road.

My business happens wherever YOU are. This means the change for me is that I am no longer trying to keep up an office space for a small percent of my clients–those who happen to live near the office. I have freed up a lot of time and energy, and gained some great new systems. These systems make buying and selling with me even more seamless and smoother than before. That’s what we all want, right? MY home is right there in Central Alabama, where I work and play and raise my family. For a long time, I have noticed the beauty as well as the changes of the areas around me.
